Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded by Mytheresa in case of returns.
• Merchandise must be returned in one package
• Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL or FedEx)
• We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense)
• Customised items cannot be returned.
1. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
2. Please make sure you don’t include non-decorpersonalized.com items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your decorpersonalized Wallet or the original payment account, as per your request.
Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
We understand that ordering a costume for special occasions is an important decision and will accommodate you as much as we can. However, it is important to note that all of our costumes are in stock, and once the order is shipped it cannot be canceled. Please note the following cancellation policy.
• Unpaid orders are automatically canceled.
• If the orders are canceled within 18 hours after payment, you will get a full refund.
• If the items were packed within 24 hours but were not shipped, you will get 80% refund + shipping fee.
• Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
